Voices of AUL

In 2019 students, parents, and staff came together to share and record their thoughts on the AUL experience. We heard about a teacher's first visit, a student's disbelief , even the awe of a parent as she witnessed growth in her child.  These are the voices that make up our amazing community, each one revealing it's own tiny truth of what makes AUL such a special place to be.

“My son is currently a senior at AUL. He has attended AUL since 9th grade and it has absolutely been the best school he has attended since elementary school. This school has helped my son like school once again, which seemed an almost impossible feat. The staff really cares about their students and is incredibly engaged in their education, as well as their whole well-being. My son has grown leaps and bounds at this school—I think if we hadn’t found AUL, it would have gone differently for him. I love the school's approach to learning, the subject matter and the overall way the teachers and staff engage with their students. My son really needed a school that truly loved him, and we found that at AUL. I highly recommend this school to anyone! ”
